About Celina
Celina is a transformative coach and human resource consultant who partners with business leaders and individuals in positions of influence to more positively and productively expand their impact on others and their environments by exploring creativity and new possibilities. She offers career transition coaching to those who are interested in exploring next steps in their careers and also provides human resource consulting across the full spectrum of organizational challenges including: leadership strategy and goal alignment, human capital planning, employee lifecycle management, organization design, diversity and inclusion, employment relations and customized training and facilitation.
Celina helps clients identify limitless potential to create more meaningful impressions, more successful careers and more fulfilling lives by quickly getting to the bottom of issues or obstacles and challenging the foundation of one’s thinking. In her consulting practice, she collaborates with companies to explore creative solutions by applying innovative practices that help businesses exceed and redefine results.
Celina earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Kansas and a Master in Labor and Employment Relations from the University of Illinois. She is a certified transformative coach and studied under global experts in executive coaching and transformative coaching. She also coached clients in transition and facilitated workshops for Lee Hecht Harrison, a global career management company.
When she’s not working with clients, Celina enjoys hiking, traveling, spending time with friends and finding play dates for her puppy, Spencer.
